How do I order a custom cup?
- FIRST, add a cup to the cart!
- choose a decal, any decal (decal becomes free after picking out cup and decal)
- make sure to add your glitter colors in your cart! (located at the bottom near the checkout button!)
How long does it take to ship?
Each cup is handmade and made to order... and the degassing process takes about 24 hours. Cups should be shipped out in 3-5 business days!
How do they work?
They feature a sealed cavity between the two walls. When shaken, the suspension liquid causes glitter or mica powder to float and slowly settle.
What type of drinks can go in the cup?
These are for cold drinks only
How do I clean them?
Never put them in the dishwasher, microwave, or soak them, as this damages the seal and permanent UVDTF designs
Why is there a bubble inside my cup?
A small air bubble is necessary to allow for liquid expansion. If the bubble is too large, it may need to be refilled, but a dime/quarter-sized bubble is normal.
